Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is also available in Serbian language. The English language version of this Refund Policy will be the binding and controlling version and will prevail in case of any discrepancy with the Serbian version.
1. General Policy
All purchases on the AI Zdravo platform are final.
Given the digital nature of our services and immediate access to content upon subscription, we do not offer automatic refunds.
When you subscribe to any of our plans (Standard or Premium), you receive immediate access to all content at that tier. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, we cannot offer a standard money-back guarantee.
2. Trial Period (7-Day Free Trial)
The Standard Monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial period. During this period:
- You have full access to all Standard features and content
- You will not be charged
- You can cancel the subscription at any time without charge
To cancel the trial period before being charged:
- Go to
/dashboard/profile - Click on "Manage Subscription"
- In the Stripe Customer Portal, select "Cancel subscription"
Note: If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your card will be automatically charged and our standard refund policy will apply (no automatic refunds).
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and justified situations, the AI Zdravo admin team reserves the right to approve refunds at its sole discretion. These situations may include:
3.1 Technical Issues
- Inability to access the platform due to technical errors on our end
- Prolonged service outages that prevent use of paid content
- Critical bugs that disable basic functionality
3.2 Duplicate Charges
- Accidental duplicate charge due to system error
- Unplanned charge after subscription cancellation (Stripe error)
3.3 Billing Errors
- Charged incorrect price (different from price displayed at checkout)
- Charged wrong plan (Standard instead of Free, Premium instead of Standard)
What is NOT Grounds for Refund:
- Changed your mind after purchase
- Did not have time to use the content
- Expected different content
- Found free alternatives online
- Completed all courses and now want a refund
- Forgot to cancel before subscription renewal
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund under the exceptional circumstances above, please:
- Contact our support as soon as possible:

- Your email address registered on the platform
- Date and amount of transaction
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or other evidence (if applicable)
- Wait for response:
We will respond within 5 business days with a decision.
All refund decisions are final and made on a case-by-case basis.
5. Canceling Subscription (Not a Refund)
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are two types of cancellation:
5.1 Cancellation at End of Period
- You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle
- You will not be charged for the next period
- No refund for the current period
5.2 Immediate Cancellation
- Your access is terminated immediately
- You will not be charged for future periods
- No refund for unused portion of current period
💡 Recommendation
We recommend canceling "at end of period" so you can continue using the platform until the period you've already paid for expires.
6. Refunds and Affiliate Commissions
In rare cases when we approve a refund:
- If the user came through an affiliate referral, the corresponding commission will be voided
- If the commission has already been paid out, we reserve the right to claw it back
- The affiliate will be notified of the refund and reason for commission void
7. Chargebacks / Bank Disputes
Please DO NOT file a chargeback or dispute with your bank before contacting us.
If you file a chargeback or dispute without prior contact:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- You will lose access to all courses and content
- Your progress, XP, and badges will not be saved
- You will not be able to create another account with the same email address
