Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are also available in Serbian language. The English language version of these Terms will be the binding and controlling version and will prevail in case of any discrepancy with the Serbian version.
1. General Provisions
Welcome to the AI Zdravo platform ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our educational platform for artificial intelligence training.
1.1 Legal Entity
The AI Zdravo platform is owned and operated by Sofinity Solutions Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
1.3 Account Creation via Social Media
By creating an account via "Continue with Google" or other social media integrations, you accept these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
2. Registration and Accounts
2.1 Creating an Account
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You can register:
- Via email address and password
- Via Google OAuth authentication
- Through our onboarding quiz (which automatically creates an account)
2.2 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
- The accuracy of information you provide during registration
2.3 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or remove content at our discretion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
3. Access Levels and Subscriptions
3.1 Types of Access
Our Platform offers three access levels:
3.1.1 FREE Access
- Community access (reading and replying to discussions)
- Access to free guides and lessons
- Access to free prompts and AI tools in the library
- Gamification limitation: maximum 500 XP (Level 5)
3.1.2 STANDARD Access
- All FREE access benefits
- Access to all Standard-tier courses and lessons
- Access to Standard guides
- Ability to create discussions in the community
- Unlimited XP earning and level progression
- Access to personalized learning paths
3.1.3 PREMIUM Access
- All STANDARD access benefits
- Access to all PREMIUM courses and lessons
- Access to PREMIUM guides and exclusive content
- Priority support
3.2 Trial Period
The Standard Monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial period. During the trial period, you have STANDARD access to all features. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial period expires, your credit card will be automatically charged unless you cancel the subscription before expiration.
3.3 Organization (B2B) Access
Organization members receive access determined by their organization, regardless of their personal subscription status:
- Active organizations: Members receive access assigned by the organization manager (Standard or Premium)
- Inactive organizations: Members revert to FREE access
- Organization access takes priority over personal subscription
4. Pricing and Billing
4.1 Current Prices
Our standard monthly plans are:
- Standard Monthly: €15/month (includes 7-day trial period)
- Standard Yearly: €150/year (equivalent to €12.50/month)
- Premium Monthly: €30/month
- Premium Yearly: €300/year (equivalent to €25/month)
4.2 Promotional Pricing as Permanent Price (Price Locking)
IMPORTANT: The price at which you subscribe to our service becomes your locked-in price for that access level. This price will not change for the duration of your subscription, unless you cancel or change plans.
If you subscribe during a promotional campaign (e.g., Black Friday discount), that promotional price becomes your permanent monthly or annual price. Your subscription will automatically renew at that same price.
Example: If you subscribe to the Standard Monthly plan during a Black Friday sale for €9.50/month (instead of the standard €15), you will continue paying €9.50 every month forever, as long as you maintain an active subscription.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Stripe, our payment processor, will automatically charge your registered payment method at the locked-in price.
4.4 Plan Changes
- Upgrade: You can upgrade from Standard to Premium at any time. You will be charged proportionally for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrade: You can downgrade from Premium to Standard. The change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Switching Monthly to Yearly (and vice versa): This is treated as a new subscription and will take effect immediately with prorated calculation.
4.5 Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- First attempt: We will automatically retry charging your card
- Second and third attempts: We will continue retrying at intervals of several days
- After 3 failed attempts: Your access will be downgraded to FREE tier and the subscription will be canceled
You will receive email notification after each failed payment attempt.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases on the AI Zdravo platform are final. Please see our detailed Refund Policy for more information.
Given the digital nature of our services and immediate access to content upon subscription, we do not offer automatic refunds. In exceptional and justified circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, technical issues preventing access), the admin team reserves the right to approve refunds at its sole discretion.
6. Gamification (XP, Badges, Levels)
6.1 Prestige System
Our Platform includes a gamification system where users can earn:
- XP (Experience Points): Points for activities such as completing lessons, creating discussions, receiving likes
- Levels: Progression through levels based on total XP
- Badges: Awards for achievements and milestones
- Streaks: Points for consistency in learning
6.2 XP Limitation for Free Users
Users with FREE access (INACTIVE or CANCELED subscription status) cannot earn more than 500 XP (Level 5). This limitation is designed to encourage upgrading to a paid plan.
6.3 Ownership and Modifications
All XP points, badges, levels, and privileges are property of the Platform. We reserve the right to:
- Change XP values for various actions
- Modify level thresholds
- Add or remove badges
- Void XP in case of abuse or fraud
Gamification elements have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
7. Community - Code of Conduct
7.1 Allowed Activities
- All registered users can read, reply, and like discussions
- STANDARD and PREMIUM users can create new discussions
7.2 Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
- Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive comments
- Harassment or threats to other users
- Spam, advertising, or promotional content without permission
- Pirated content or copyright infringement
- False information or misleading content
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- Phishing attempts or malicious links
7.3 Content Deletion and Editing
- First 24 hours: You can edit or delete your own discussions and comments
- After 24 hours: Content becomes permanently part of the Platform and cannot be deleted by the user
- Admin rights: Administrators can edit, hide, lock, or delete any content at any time
7.4 Content Ownership
By posting content on our Platform, you grant AI Zdravo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, display, distribute, and modify that content.
You retain copyright to your original content, but understand that once published, content becomes part of our educational community and may be used to improve the Platform.
7.5 Moderation
Administrators have the right to:
- Pin important discussions to the top of the list
- Hide inappropriate discussions
- Lock topics to prevent new replies
- Delete violations of code of conduct
- Suspend or permanently ban users who violate these rules
8. Affiliate Program
8.1 Program Participation
Our Affiliate program allows users to earn commissions by referring new users. Participation is voluntary and subject to administrative approval.
8.2 Restrictions
- Organization members cannot become affiliates
- Only one person per household can be an affiliate
- Self-referred subscriptions are not allowed
8.3 Commission Structure
- Standard rate: 30% of each payment
- Rate lock: When a referral is created, the current commission rate is recorded and applies to all future payments from that user
- Recurring commissions: You earn commission on EVERY payment (monthly or yearly renewal)
8.4 Payment Terms
- Holding period: Commissions become available for payout 30 days after earning
- Admin approval: All commissions require manual administrator approval before payout
- Minimum payout: €50
- Payment method: Bank transfer
8.5 Tracking and Attribution
- Cookie duration: 30 days from referral link click
- Referral format:

8.6 Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or cancel affiliate status at any time
- Void unpaid commissions in case of fraud or abuse
- Claw back paid commissions in case of user refunds
9. Organizations (B2B)
9.1 Organization Management
Organization plans are available exclusively through manual configuration by administrators. Self-service organization registration is not available.
9.2 Seats
- Standard Seats: Members receive STANDARD access
- Premium Seats: Members receive PREMIUM access
- Organizations purchase a specific number of seats of each type
9.3 Organization Managers
Administrators can assign one or more Organization Managers who can:
- Invite team members via email
- Assign or remove member access
- Upgrade or downgrade member access levels (within available seats)
- View team progress and learning statistics
9.4 Organization Status
- ACTIVE: All members have access according to assigned level
- INACTIVE: All members revert to FREE access
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Platform, including but not limited to:
- All courses, lessons, guides, and educational materials
- Prompts, AI tools, and reviews in the library
- Design, graphics, and branding
- Software code and functionality
...are property of Sofinity Solutions Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 Your License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform exclusively for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
10.3 Prohibited
You are prohibited from:
- Downloading, copying, or reproducing content from the Platform for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform
- Removing or altering copyright or proprietary notices
- Reselling, leasing, or distributing access to the Platform
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access content
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be continuously available or error-free
- Content is completely accurate or error-free
- Your learning progress will result in specific outcomes or employment
11.2 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFINITY SOLUTIONS INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by User
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal available on your profile page. Cancellation can be:
- At period end: You will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle
- Immediate: Access is terminated immediately, with no refund
12.2 Termination by AI Zdravo
We may suspend or permanently close your account:
- For violation of these Terms
- For Platform abuse or fraud
- Due to non-payment
- For any other reason, with or without prior notice
12.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to premium content will be removed
- Your community content remains on the Platform
- You will not be entitled to a refund for unused period
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will post the updated Terms on this page
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document
- For significant changes, we will send email notification
Your continued use of the Platform after changes means your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law rules.
14.2 Arbitration
All disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless both parties agree to alternative resolution.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve any disputes individually, not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
15. Miscellaneous Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Zdravo.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure or delay in exercising any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
